Vous le savez peut-être, le gouvernement a lancé une plate-forme pour
consulter la population sur la loi numérique.
Concernant la publication scientifique, j'ai proposé dans la partie
concernant les archives ouvertes, la modification relative aux journaux
scientifiques libres.

N'hésitez pas à contribuer vous aussi. (ci-dessous, le lien en clair et

french government is trying to catch up with the web environment. If you
have as researchers interest in having open-access to what is produced by
our public research, you may be interested in propoting a few articles in
the incoming law.
There may be similar evolutions if your contry is in Europe and that you
are funded with H2020 for instance.
