[PP-discussions] Tous les bulletins dans un fichier torrent

Salut à tous!

Je n'ai pas annoncé le .torrent sur Twitter, puisqu'il est arrivé après minuit.
Est-ce qu'on a le droit (légal) de le faire (sur un ton neutre) avec le compte officiel ou pas?
