[PP-discussions] Tous les bulletins dans un fichier torrent

Changement!! le torrent envoyé en PJ de mon mail d'hier n'était pas bon
(il avait plein de des pdf vides), voici le bon.

L'url est le même, à savoir:

https://cap.partipirate.org/pubarch/2012-01-preparation_legislatives/bulletins/des_candidats/bulletins_de_vote_pirates.torrent

Vu qu'ils se basent tous les deux sur un premier seed en websource, et
que le fichier websource a changé (fichier changé, même URL),
normalement, il n'y a que le bon fichier qui circule.
