[Stratcom] Campagne d'adhésion, wording

Malheureusement, non. Cf graphique ci joint.

Il y a 2 courbes :

   - La bleue, c'est l'evolution des adhésions par jour, depuis mars 2016
   jusqu'au 12 septembre.
   - La orange, c'est la meme chose, mais une somme sur 7 jours glissants

C'est toutes adhésions confondues, c'est à dire qu'il n'y a pas de
difference entre les nouveaux et ceux qui ré-adherent.

(Oui, on a un trou en juin. J'ai pas reçu les mails à ce moment là.)
