[Stratcom] blocage effectif de tpb.partipirate.org

Je rappelle qu'il y a une décision de justice et qu'on est un dommage
collatéral, aucunement besoin d'un huisser de justice pour constater le
fait. 

En revanche, comme notre url et l'url de thepiratebay sont censurées de
la même façon l'url : _https://partipirate.org/thepiratebay _ne sert pas
à grand chose puisqu'on fait un bête redirect (zut j'aurai dû y penser,
c'est pas qu'elle ne fonctionne pas, c'est le redirect qui est meurt) 

Pour le reste oui, crowdfunding et publicité
