(je suis pas dispo le 27/28 juin
le parti pirate international se réunit
je représente le bureau pour suivre un peu ce qui se passe a 
l'international et essayé de booster un peu)

qui serait dispo les 27/28 juin pour assister aux travaux du PPI, nous 
faire un peu de reporting, et relayer nos demandes ? (pour l'instant 1) 
budget ppi comment ca marche 2) actions internationales/coordination il 
se passe quoi ? 3) le mouvement alternatif au PPI en cours de création 
quid ? 4) deplacement fin année nairobi kenya en tant qu'observateur du 
WTO ministerial conference)

Hi Pirates,

as a way forwarded the  Standing Committees should meet for the first time.
They are intended to bring in members initiative as well as help PPI on the
whole with its work and aims.

We would be happy If you spread the information to your local teams as well
to other interested people who might be eager to help on the subjects given.

So on  27.06. and 28.06.2015 we will meet for the startup meeting at
following time slots at the NRW-Mumble:

- 27.06.2015 - 12:00 CEST - standing committee on public and press
relations, elections and campaigning.
- 27.06.2015 - 13:00 CEST - standing committee on new parties
- 27.06.2015 - 14:00 CEST - Statutes workshop (no committee)
- 28.06.2015 - 12:00 CEST - standing committee on INGO relations
- 28.06.2015 - 13:00 CEST - standing committee on PPI budget, oversight,
transparency, finances and fund raising,
- 28.06.2015 - 14:00 CEST - standing committee on common political program.

Initial agenda:
* committee scope and vision
* work structure
* current issues
* real live meeting in Lodz
* aob

Annotation: The statutes workshop is not a stating committee, but a good
practice that we have established to give an opportunity to discuss the
submitted SAPs


For the standing committees there are already existing mailing lists where
the interested pirates are invited to subscribe to.
